Processing & Shipping: 
  • ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED PRIORITY (1-3 DAYS)ONCE THEY ARRIVE TO THE CARRIER 
  • The process period for PRE-ORDERS will take 1-21 business days (Monday-Friday)
  • The processing period for on hand items 1-4 business days (Mondy-Friday)
  • When ordering during a sale there may be a slight delay in orders, please keep this in mind.
  • It will be stated in the description of each product if it's a preorder or on hand product.
  • Once your order is shipped it will take 3-5 days to be delivered.
  • We ship via USPS priority, please give your tracking # up to 24 hours to update
  • We do offer worldwide shipping (We are located in the United States)

Shipping/Transit:

  • If your order arrives damaged, or is lost or stolen, A Fresh King is not responsible for that matter. All claims must be made with the shipping carrier. USPS insures some lost or damaged packages. If your tracking information states, your package was delivered you can open a claim by calling USPS at (800)-275-8777
  • For international orders, we are not responsible for any custom fees and taxes. These fees are not calculated or applied by A Fresh King

Reshipping Fee:

PLEASE! PLEASE! MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE US WITH THE CORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION AT CHECK OUT!

  • If package is returned back to us due to wrong shipping information provided, you will be required to pay a reshipping fee via invoice in order to have package reshipped. Package will not be reshipped until fee is paid.
  • Reshipment fees range for $10-$15 US & $40-$50 for international
